These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Web Digital Look website, storefront, customer/partner/developer dashboards, and all products and services offered on it (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who We Are
The Platform is operated by Web Digital Look ("we", "us", "our"), a web and software development business based in West Bengal, India. You can reach us at support@webdigitallook.in or +91 9007155022.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to create an account or make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@webdigitallook.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Separate registration flows exist for Customer, Partner, and Developer accounts. Each account type carries its own dashboard, permissions, and — for Partners and Developers — its own onboarding terms communicated at the time of approval.
3. What We Offer
3.1 Digital Products
We sell ready-made source code and software products (websites, PHP applications, mobile apps, admin panels, and similar) for download under a license (see our Software License Agreement). Product listings include a description, technology stack, screenshots, and — where applicable — a live demo and demo login credentials. We make reasonable efforts to keep these accurate but do not guarantee that every listed feature or integration will suit your specific server environment.
3.2 Custom Development Services ("Hire Us")
We also take on custom web, software, and mobile development work through our Hire Us service. Scope, timeline, and pricing for custom work are agreed separately in writing (quote, proposal, or service order) before work begins, and those specific terms take precedence over this general section where they conflict.
3.3 Marketplace Services
Certain services (installation help, customization, support add-ons) may be purchased directly from a product or service listing and are fulfilled as described on that listing.
4. Orders and Payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout; GST is charged at the applicable rate (currently 18%) based on the product's assigned tax category. Payments are processed through our payment partners (Razorpay, and PayU where enabled) — we do not store your full card or bank details on our servers. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully verified.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or a product being withdrawn — in which case any payment already collected will be refunded.
5. Licenses, Downloads, and Support
Purchasing a digital product grants you a license to use it under the terms set out in our Software License Agreement — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying code to you. Download limits, included support duration, and update policy are shown on the product page and license type at the time of purchase, and are enforced through your Customer dashboard.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility differ for digital downloads, service bookings, and custom development work. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or data on the Platform; (c) reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute a purchased product beyond what your license permits; (d) upload malicious code, or (e) misuse the referral, coupon, or partner-commission systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content — branding, page design, product descriptions, and the marketplace software itself — is owned by Web Digital Look or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Ownership of each individual product's source code follows the terms of its own license as described in the Software License Agreement.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may link to or embed third-party services (payment gateways, Google Maps, YouTube, social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. See our Disclaimer for more.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Digital Look is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any product purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business arising from deploying a purchased product on your own infrastructure. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; this does not entitle you to a refund for products already downloaded or services already rendered, except as set out in our Refund Policy.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
