This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of any source code, application, or software product ("Product") purchased from Web Digital Look. By purchasing, downloading, or activating a Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. Grant of License
Subject to payment and compliance with this Agreement, Web Digital Look grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Product according to the license type you purchased. This is a license to use the Product — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the source code to you.
2. License Types
Each Product is sold under one or more of the following license types, shown at checkout and recorded against your purchase. The specific activation limit and domain rules for the license you bought are also visible in your Customer dashboard under Licenses.
- Personal — single activation, for your own individual, non-commercial use.
- Commercial — single activation, for use in one commercial project or business.
- Single Domain — locked to one specific domain/website you nominate at activation.
- Multi Domain — domain-locked, usable across up to 5 of your own domains.
- Developer — up to 3 activations, intended for a developer building for their own clients (each client deployment still requires the end client to hold their own valid license unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Agency — domain-locked, up to 25 activations, for agencies deploying across many client domains.
- Lifetime — single activation with lifetime update access, no recurring renewal.
- Subscription — single activation with ongoing access tied to an active subscription; update access continues only while the subscription is current.
Where a license is domain-locked, the Product may only be run on the domain(s) registered against that license activation. Moving to a new domain requires deactivating the old domain and reactivating on the new one from your dashboard, or contacting support for assistance.
3. Updates and Support
Each Product specifies its own update policy and included support period at the time of purchase:
- Lifetime updates — all future updates to the Product are included at no extra charge.
- Major version updates — included updates cover major version releases during your active license/subscription period.
- Minor updates only — included updates cover bug fixes and minor releases; major new versions may require a separate purchase or upgrade.
- Paid updates only — where specified on a Product, updates beyond the included support period are offered as a separate paid upgrade.
Included technical support (typically 30 days from purchase, or as stated on the Product listing) covers help installing the Product and fixing genuine defects — it does not cover custom modifications, third-party plugin conflicts, or general web-hosting troubleshooting. Extended support windows can be purchased separately where offered.
4. What's Included
Your purchase includes the source files, any documentation provided with the listing, and — where applicable — demo login credentials for evaluation purposes. Download limits per purchase are shown on the Product listing and enforced through your dashboard; contact support if you need a re-download beyond your limit due to a genuine issue on our end.
5. Restrictions
Unless your specific license type or a separate written agreement expressly permits it, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Product (in original or modified form) as a standalone product, template, or code base to third parties;
- Share your license, login credentials, or download access with anyone outside the activation limit of your license type;
- Remove or alter copyright, license, or attribution notices contained in the Product;
- Use the Product beyond the activation/domain limits of your purchased license type without upgrading; or
- Claim authorship of the original Product.
You may modify the Product's code for your own deployment, and use it to deliver an end product or service to your own clients, subject to the license type purchased (see Developer/Agency licenses above).
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Web Digital Look (or its original developer/contributor, where a Product is supplied by a Partner or Developer on the Platform) retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in the Product. This Agreement grants you a license to use it — nothing here transfers those rights to you.
7. Third-Party Components
Products may include open-source libraries or third-party components distributed under their own separate licenses (for example, permissive open-source licenses). Where included, those components remain governed by their own license terms in addition to this Agreement; a components list, where relevant, is provided in the Product's documentation.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated on the Product listing or required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every server configuration or third-party integration.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use or deployment of the Product.
10. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement — for example, by exceeding your activation limit, redistributing the Product without authorization, or obtaining it fraudulently. On termination, you must stop using the Product and deactivate any remaining live installations. Termination does not entitle you to a refund; see our Refund Policy for what may apply.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time; changes apply to Products purchased after the update, and do not retroactively remove rights already granted under a prior purchase. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
