This Privacy Policy explains how Web Digital Look ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website, storefront, and Customer, Partner, or Developer dashboards (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
Name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile number, organisation, billing address, and — for Partner/Developer accounts — additional onboarding details you submit when you register, place an order, submit an inquiry, apply for a job, or contact support.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and approximate login location (used for the account Security Dashboard's login-activity view). See our Cookie Policy for details on cookies and similar technologies.
1.3 Payment Information
Payments are handled by our payment partners (Razorpay, and PayU where enabled). We receive confirmation of a successful payment and a transaction reference, but we do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or net-banking credentials — those are entered directly on the payment gateway's own secure page.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account, and to process and deliver your orders (including license keys and downloadable files);
- To communicate with you about orders, support tickets, inquiries, and service updates;
- To send transactional emails/SMS/WhatsApp messages (order confirmations, OTPs, password resets) and, only where you have opted in, product updates or promotional newsletters;
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized account access — including the failed-login rate-limiting and session-location features described in your account's Security settings;
- To improve the Platform, our products, and our support quality; and
- To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations (for example, retaining GST-compliant invoice records).
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Payment partners (Razorpay/PayU) to process your payment;
- Service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. email/SMS/WhatsApp delivery, hosting) under confidentiality obligations;
- Partners and Developers, only to the extent necessary to fulfil a referral, commission, or an assigned development project;
- Law enforcement or regulators, where required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
4. Data Security
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, not in plain text. Access to admin functions is role-restricted, sensitive admin actions require re-entering your password, and we maintain audit logs of account and order changes. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and, thereafter, for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations (invoices are generally retained for the statutory period required under Indian tax law). You may request deletion of your account as described in Section 7 below, subject to these retention obligations.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your account type, you can, from your dashboard's Profile/Settings area:
- View and update your personal details;
- Change your password and manage two-factor authentication;
- Review your recent login activity and sign out of other active sessions;
- Manage your notification preferences (email/SMS/WhatsApp); and
- Request deletion of your account.

7. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. We will process such requests within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain certain records (such as invoices or transaction history) to meet our legal and tax obligations.

9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
10. International Users
Our servers and business operations are based in India. If you access the Platform from outside India, your information will be processed in India, in accordance with this Policy and applicable Indian law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
