In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and other applicable Indian law, Web Digital Look has set out the grievance redressal mechanism below for concerns relating to our website, products, services, or the personal data we hold.
1. What This Covers
This mechanism covers complaints relating to:
- Content published on the Platform (blog posts, reviews, listings);
- Privacy or personal-data concerns, including requests under our Privacy Policy;
- Order, payment, refund, or service disputes not resolved through normal support; and
- Any other grievance relating to your use of the Platform.
2. Before You Escalate
Most issues — order status, download problems, license activation, billing questions — are resolved fastest through our regular support channel: raise a ticket from your Customer dashboard or email support@webdigitallook.in. Please use the grievance process below only where that channel hasn't resolved your concern, or where your complaint specifically concerns content, privacy, or a compliance matter.
3. Grievance Officer
In compliance with applicable law, the contact details of our Grievance Officer are:
- Designation: Grievance Officer, Web Digital Look
- Email: support@webdigitallook.in
- Phone: +91 9007155022
- Address: Rajarhat, Newtown, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata – 700157, West Bengal, India
Please mark the subject line "Grievance" so it is routed correctly.
4. What to Include in Your Complaint
- Your name and registered email/mobile number;
- Your order number or account details, if relevant;
- A clear description of the issue and, where applicable, the specific content or page in question;
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, correspondence).
5. Response Timelines
We acknowledge receipt of a grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days of receipt, in line with applicable Indian IT Rules. Complex matters (for example, involving a third party or requiring legal review) may take longer; we will keep you informed of progress.
6. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may request a review by writing again to the Grievance Officer with "Escalation" in the subject line, referencing your original complaint reference.
7. Changes to This Page
We may update our grievance redressal details from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
